Develop & maintain relationship with key projects & personnel within these accounts and ensure achievements of set targets for various products.
Handling Key Accounts in his concerned State/ Region To sell more volume of BW Cement & other Birla White Products.
*Growth in sales in NonTrade and in Project Segment over year on year to ensure achievements of targets in volume.
*Focus for growth in sales in new segmentsReplacement of conventional uses of surface preparing materials by BirlaWhite products and its use in repairs and rehabilitation.
*Gathering Market Intelligence To ensure continuous growth of BW & New Products amongst Key Account parties.
Collection of technical information about competitors products/substitute available in the market.
Collection of New trend of Construction/Finishes adopted by the construction fraternity.
Approvals of Birla White and all other products from CII/ IGBC/ National Productivity Council NPC and other concerned authorities for their use for Green Building Construction & to create market of Birla White products in Green Building Segment.
*Logistic Control To provide single window solution to Multi Regional/ Multi Zonal customers and ensure timely availability of product at customers site.
