• Driving sales opportunity by managing advisor’s calendar; calling, scheduling and confirming all client appointments • Strategically working with advisor to prepare for client meetings • Client follow up:
   meeting with clients to gather information to finalize the sale when required • Generating quotes and interpreting the information – for discussion with advisor • Processing and executing all investment and insurance transactions and paperwork with a high degree of accuracy • Building relationships with carrier contacts to ensure all transactions move through their system • Managing service cycle (generating monthly CRM reports to be reviewed and actioned by the advisor) • Reviewing current client files and identify new opportunities in existing files • Maintaining client files and databases • Developing client friendly marketing materials for presentation purposes • Coordinating administrative projects • Preparing reports, research and materials for client meetings • Building and maintain long term client relationships • Playing an active role in marketing projects and practice development activities Jamnagar Jamnagar
