    *Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Ahmedbad, Bhubneshwar, Chennai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ranchi, Nagpur, Belgaum, Udaipur, Jammu, Vijaywada, Coimbatore Hands on experience in Diesel Engine Independently able to handle Service, trouble shooting, attending complaints on diesel engines / Fuel system / After treatment system Knowledge on Electronics Controlled Engines will be added advantage Exposure to Fuel system is always preferred Job Description:
    *Supports & handles Cummins After treatment system and Fuel system service requirements in the assigned territory by providing required technical support OEM /OEM dealer network basis the SCR/Fuel system failure and all Infant care for new products.
Report all field issues to Head RRT Maintain failure records and publish performance on regularly basis Ensure Service response as per SLA (Service Level Agreement) Customer / OEM / Dealership training FAILURE ANALYSIS:
   Receive information from OEMs or their service network on occurrence of engine failures in the Territory.
Execute on
    *site investigation and ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS.
Advise OEMs service staff/dealer staff on warranty decision and course of corrective action.
Prepare Product Incident (investigation) reports.
Collate and categories failures as per root causes and provide feedback to RM in order to initiate corrective actions.
   Carry out audit at OEM channel partners work shop for availability of recommended service tools, trained mechanics and Information to build service capability for all Cummins Engines.
  Collaborate with OEMs and their dealer/distributor network, to get training schedules short
    *list names of prospective entities and Impart training for dealer technical staff, different customer groups, drivers, mechanics ETC.
IN the Territory, to help customers to derive desired performance from the product.
  Collaborate with OE service staff to get campaign schedules.
Generate monthly campaign plan, participate in camps as per plan in order to improve brand visibility and product performance.
  Participate in customer meets and technical seminars organized by OEMs.
Interact with OEM and end
    *customers to receive feedback on product technical and part issues.
Collate the data, received via feedback\\\'s and make reports to send to the plant for improvements, corrective actions .
Provide technical assistance to resolve issues in order to improve customer satisfaction and retain.
  Collect PRICE, FEATURES and PERFORMANCE data on our various products vis-
    *vis competition.
  Plan and execute training sessions across the Territory for end
    *customers and OEM/Channel Partners sales and service staff.
Conduct field trials for new products and monitor Fuel KMPL performance, collate and analyze data generated through trials and demonstrate product performance or report back to plant for corrective action or improvements if necessary.
   Work with OEMs, Dealer to understand their parts requirement and liaison with TCL/CIL / OEMs to execute parts orders and thereby improve vehicle uptime.
Maintain a good & balanced relationship with OE partners Individual should have Knowledge of Diesel Engine Assembly, Testing processes and automotive application.
Ability to investigate and identify manufacturing, assembly defects and service lapse, user abuse cases, exposure in analysis of failed Parts.
Thorough understanding of engine and its components and ability to impart training on care and maintenance of engines.
Proficiency in use of diagnostic software and troubleshooting on Electronic engine desirable.
