Each team member should be aware of their area.
If the Team Manager has not assigned the same, escalate the matter to the AM/ ASM/ SM and ensure you have the assignment done.
Post Assignment Ensure that all sources in the area are identified and mapped on the Google Map.
File this in the personal file of yours.
Builders/ Projects Within the geographical area assigned, you will identify projects, if the area assigned is new and supports new projects.
Else, you may have to identify projects in other upcoming areas.
The team manager will assign an additional area for this purpose and you should also print the google map for this area and file it.
Should you have some builder relationships, you will also be assigned areas where these developers have upcoming projects.
If there are disputes which arise with such relationships and the same have to be settled locally.
