Key Components of RoleClient Relationship Management and SupportAct as main point of contact/escalation for clients relating to management, staff, CW ER issues, billing, recruitment, conversions, reporting and general questions on services Recommend bestinclass solutions, as well as review processes on ongoing basis to proactively identify efficienciesIdentify opportunities to raise level of awareness of services appropriate contingent workforce management with clients training sessions, road shows, Div QBRS, meetings, lunches etc.
Prepare and deliver presentations to client QBR, Divisional QBR, co employment training, WAND training Staff ManagementManage PRO staff of 4 4 Staffing Specialist/RecruiterStaff hiring, development, daytoday mgt, performance reviews, terminations as needed Conduct monthly and quarterly oneonone meetings with each staff member to discuss relevant issues and identify areas of continuous development Implement training plans for staff as needed i.e. internal training, external training such as PHR certification, recruitment related training etc Manage resource planning to ensure adequate client support desk coverage at all times by monitoring staff time off requests sick days Vendor ManagementAct as main relationship manager for all temp vendorsManage vendor performance against contract and review preferred vendors quarterly via scorecard and conduct audits, make recommendations Identify, assess new potential vendors as needed and partner with Procurement Legal departments to create new vendor contracts and amend existing contracts when necessary.

Ensures creation and delivery of all weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc reports, including but not limited to MVS report, Outsourced orientation attendance report, forced timecard report, vendor scorecards, CW tenure reports, pay rates, overtime analysis, CW tenure, temp job descriptions, active contractors by division, CW turnover RecruitmentOversee all aspects of temp hire recruitment including temptoperm conversion processEnsure integrity of all data relating to recruitment metrics in systems i.e. all data must be entered in timely and accurate fashion resume submission, feedback, interview rounds conducted, hiringDevelop and work with Recruiters to handle strategic staffing for any hard to fill roles conduct manager meetings to strategize on recruitment, arrange vendor meetings if neededAct as key contact for any client group on transactional recruitment in event CSC is out Ad Hoc ProjectsAct as liaison to other accounts advise on processes already set up and best practices.
