JOB FUNCTIONSSupport existing sales accounts in the region by providing first level of troubleshooting at cement mills/plants with support from the technical team in India/Europe.
This mayrequire to visit/stay at plant continuously for longer durations frequently to ensure that the product is established and meets the customer expectations.
With support from the technical team, conduct Lab/field trials at cement plants and arrive at the most suitable product recommendation.
Gain penetration of cement additives by creating new customer accounts in the South region with support from the Technical Manager.
Handle all commercial aspects related to the sales process coordinate with plant for timely release of the orders, review of stock situations to ensure that the plant does notrun out of stocks, timely collection of overdue payments and maintain the established credit limits defined for the customer, collection of Cforms, etc.
To cooperate and communicate with all personnel within the customers organization, and provide timely reporting for internal use.
Exercise courtesy at all times, Keep promises and appointments, and ensure that daily business is conducted in a safe and ethical manner.
Be prepared to travel extensively in the assigned territory.

SKILLS AND ABILITIESUniversity graduated Chemical or Civil engineer or Mechanical engineer35 years of technical experience in the Industry in India in a B to B process, production, quality technical commercialPrior experience of working in the cement industry shall be preferred but is not a prerequisite.
Good communication skills and selling attitude capable to deal at any level.
Computer literate and comfortable with main MS applications.
Good command of English both spoken and writtenAvailable to travel extensively 60 80 of his timeLanguage proficiency Local language English
