*Develops strategies to manage the frequency of appropriate support package/patch application.
Monitors database maintenance and provides appropriate recommendations, when required.

*Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex solutions.

*Ensure the latest release of Service Now application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
*Researches current systems technology and serves as subject matter expert on complex systems processes and procedures.
*Provides technical leadership to internal and external personnel on highly complex system installation and administration processes and activities.
Figure/Code Service Now applications based on business requirements to facilitate rollout of new functionality, interfaces, modules and other items such as UI and Workflow configuration
*Ensure application configuration consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments
*Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
*Works with IT Operations and CSI Manager on maintenance and continuous Improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and Tools
*Ensure appropriate application, tool and processes are in place to have a development/test/production environment that is reliable and Reproducible
*Collaborate effectively with other Service Now administrators/developers to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration Changes/requests
*Develops and analyses highly complex system standards, thresholds, and Recommendations to maximize system performance.
*Coordinates with business development personnel on proposals and work Estimates involving highly complex system administration projects and Solutions.
