We have an urgent opening for AdminExecutive profile in one of client leading company as per the details given below:
   Job Location

    *AdminExecutive 1.
Graduate/Post graduate , preferably in hotel management . 2.
Good communication skills. 3.
Computer knowledge (specially MS Word, MS Excel Outlook) with good mailing and writing skills. 4.
Well versed with Admin work Experience 3 to 8 Years Job description-
    *Handling All Admin activities of GuestHouse
    *Coordinating with Noida office for vendor payments PO approvals
    *Attendance update to Noida office for Employee, for proper salary distribution as per attendance.
    *Monitoring funds in hand for guesthouse for further approvals on time
    *PettyCash Handling for Guesthouse.
    *Maintaining a detailed petty cash report on daily basis as per bills submitted
    *Updating Management for Guesthouse Reports such as ( Staff Movement, Vehicle Movement, Payment/ PO Checklist, Occupancy Report, Expenses Report, Daily reports for TH, Power cut report, Visit Schedule, Security Update, Booking Chart, Housekeeping report, Indent Summary report, Monthly reports summary, DG report, Weekly cash status report)
    *Coordinating with HR for new TH joinee formalities and regular updates on staff leaves and terminations
    *Keep regular check on AMC calendar and reminder to transit house team and clubbing of all vendor service reports
    *Leave Details Maintenance for Employee Sending MOM of TH morning meeting thrice a week.
Processing Monthly running expense bill for transit house and ensuring all are couriered every 15 days for clearance by Noida office accounts department.
Filing of AMC reports, bills ( EB, Telephone Running expenses), Government related documents, Quotations and property tax.
CTC
    *Upto 30 K on Monthly Basis.
Negotiable, Based on candidates experience and personal attributes.
Preferences Staying close to Tambaram Own mode of transport .
