Screen, interview and recruit potential employees through telecon and face to face interviews.
Fulfill companys manpower and staffing requirements Check references, qualifications and testimonials prior to the employment Arrange to Issue appointment letters, answer all correspondence and issue regret letters Induction and Orientation of new employees, configuring email Ids on the systems Conduct exit interviews of employees on resignation from the company Be a conduit between Management and Employees for better relations and operations Leave Management of all employees Act as central co
    *coordinator for employee training activities such as lectures, classes, seminars, training, conferences etc.
Schedule and coordinate in
    *house training program for all employees if required.
Evaluate the training programs for employees and implement new training solutions that meet the needs of business and people Ensure that employees are aware of HR policies and employee benefit program on a continuing basis Ensure that new employees receive proper orientation.
